Admissions Director

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admissions Director to join our team. As the Admissions Director, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and enrolling students, providing academic advising, and representing our institution to the public. This is a key leadership position within our organization, requiring strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to effectively manage admissions processes.

Duties:

- Direct the enrollment office and its staff
- Supervise administrative assistant
- Recruit students for the institution
- Review student statistics
- Manage processes with Financial Aid & the Admission Department
- Prepare business strategies to market the institution

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Three year College Admissions Advisor experience.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting and enrolling students
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Ability to educate prospective students about program offerings, admission requirements, and financial aid options

Pay: $79,700.00 - $82,000.00 per year
