Qualifications and expectations:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in Education or relatable experience. Christian school experience is preferred.
- Proficient in basic technology applications. Google Apps knowledge is essential.
- Experience with a Student Admission and Enrollment system. Blackbaud preferred.
- Excellent verbal, visual, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
- A successful track record in setting priorities, keen analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills, and sound decision-making.
- High level of integrity, credibility, diplomacy, and initiative, with a high regard for confidentiality.

- Flexibility, sense of humor, and willingness to assist with tasks in a fast-paced team environment.

Salary: $64,152.00 - $80,000.00 per year
