Agape Treatment Center, a growing facility located in South Florida is currently seeking an Admissions Coordinator for our Oakland Park, FL location!
The Admissions Coordinator aids in individual admission and referrals
Specific Areas of Responsibility:
- Answer and convert admissions calls.
- Evaluates individuals prior to admission to treatment and as appropriate makes outside referrals for those who are not.
- Coordinates admission with Director of Admissions, CEO, Clinical Director, and
Medical Staff. - Identify and develop referral services.
- Participates in establishing and maintaining liaison with courts, probation departments, attorney, and business/industry.
- Performs other tasks as directed.
- Verification of insurance benefits.
- Performs intakes with new admissions.
- Performs Pre-Admission assessment
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in substance abuse
preferred.
