Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Admissions Admin Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the financial industry, where you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the admission process for our highly esteemed financial programs. This role will allow you to leverage your skills in admissions coordination, college facilities management, and sales representation. You will be a crucial link between prospective students and our institution, ensuring a seamless and efficient admissions process while promoting our financial programs and services.

Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all prospective students.
2. Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain students in our financial programs.
3. Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students, providing them with relevant information about our programs and answering any questions they may have.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to promote our financial programs and services.
5. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our financial programs, services, and college facilities, and use this knowledge to effectively sell our programs to prospective students.
6. Liaise with other departments to ensure the availability and readiness of college facilities for student use.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate and timely reports on the status of admissions and enrolments.
8. Assist in planning and organizing open days, orientation programs, and other events related to admissions.
9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the admissions process.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an admissions coordinator role, preferably in the financial industry.
2. Proven experience as a sales representative with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
3. Familiarity with college facilities management.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students, parents, and staff at all levels.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
7. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
9. A high level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service.
