Our client is seeking an experienced Admin/Project Coordinator immediately. They are actively interviewing for this role the week of Jan 1st.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain documents, all internal correspondence, and assist with reports
- Heavy interaction with internal team and visitors, vendors, and customers
- Scans, saves, indexes, organizes, tracks, reviews, verifies, audits, and purges files, forms, documents, records, and other information with efficiency, accuracy, and quality control
- Conducts research, assists with various projects, tracks and maintains project status reports
Requirements:
- Experience in an Administrative Assistant role, supporting management and staff.
- Project and customer service focused
- Strong Microsoft Suite expertise (Word, PowerPoint & Excel)
