Administrator - Licensed Nursing Home Administrator

Elm Crest Senior Living Community is looking for an Administrator! Elm Crest has a large campus, that has been serving the Harlan area for over 65 years! Not only our we committed to our community, but providing the best care, with the highest quality to our residents!
As the Administrator at Elm Crest, you will oversee the overall operations of the Community in accordance with ABHM mission and core values, including development and implementation of strategies, tactics, policies, and procedures within the ABHM performance dimensions of employee engagement, quality, mission effectiveness and stewardship.

What You Need:*

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) within the state of Iowa or be qualified to obtain such licensure within a reasonable and pre-determined time frame.
• Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care, Management, Human Services, or equivalent
• 5+ years of Long-Term Care Administrator experience required
• Demonstrated leadership competencies in health care management and operations
