Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Centerville Specialty Care, a 67 bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Centerville, IA!
We are proud to share that our senior living community is 100% external agency free. We have a lot of tenure team members. We desire an Administrator who is a relationship builder, enjoys developing others, and implements best practices to contribute towards positive outcomes and survey readiness.

Summary: As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will oversee the total day-to-day operation of your facility. This exciting role is responsible for developing effective operational strategy and directing the team to assure residents receive the consistently high-quality care we are committed to delivering.
Successful candidates must hold Nursing Home Administrator licensure. We are looking for a leader who will cultivate teamwork, a culture of continuous improvement, compassionately serve others, and promote skill development and personal growth for staff.
