JOB DESCRIPTION: Service Administrative Assistant and Office Support personnel position. Includes answering phones, customer service, filing, invoicing, entering packing slips and bills into QuickBooks, assisting with small office tasks, and back-up/assistant to Office Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position requires general Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook skills. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus but we will train. Great customer service and excellent phone skills. Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn new things. Enjoys a challenge independently but also can to work well with others. Organization skills are important as well as being a quick learner. Some bookkeeping skills would be helpful as well as prior dispatching experience.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
