As an Administrator, you will impact the company's operations and organization while providing exceptional customer service to our customers, vendors, and visitors.
This is a full-time, on-site role. Monday - Friday.

Salary Range: $16 - $19/hour

Every day you will...
- Provide administrative support to the AR, AP, and Sales departments including but not limited to charging credit cards, pulling invoices, setting up new vendors, and handling emails
- Enter, track, and file ship tickets for various departments
- Enter data for our warehouse and counter departments
- Greet visitors
- Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately
- Scan and print documents
- Sort and distribute mail to the proper departments, handle all outgoing postage, and track packages
- Order office supplies
- Make trips to the bank and post office as needed
- Other office duties upon request
What You Bring to the Role :
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness to learn
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong basic mathematical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge)
- Computer savvy
- Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. scanners and printers)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid and clean driver's license to make trips to the bank and post office as needed
