Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Administrative/Scheduling Assistant to join our team on-site in Bayonne, NJ. The Administrative/Scheduling Assistant will be responsible for numerous responsibilities including:
- Provide administrative assistance within a busy office environment
- Resolve wide-range phone and email inquiries
- Prepare documentation for disbursement
- Maintain and organize data/files to be utilized for future schedules
- Gather and prepare reports to be sent out to inspectors on a monthly basis
- Cultivate an understanding of the scheduling process to be able to aid with issues or questions that may arise
Qualifications
- Administrative assistance experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Capable of working independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting
- Efficiently identify and manage information/details
- Able to prioritize tasks and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Holidays Off
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
