Job Summary

• Performs clerical duties for an administrative department

General Accountabilities

• Enters new business into a collections database for the Primary Sales and Client Services department
• Processes and reconciles payments in the form of ACH, credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and bank wires
• Answers the phone, greets callers, establishes the reason for calling, and resolves issues by contacting the appropriate person
• Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures
• Prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• 1-year data entry/clerical experience (required)
• Typing 60+ WPM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
