Job Summary
- Performs clerical duties for an administrative department
General Accountabilities
- Enters new business into a collections database for the Primary Sales and Client Services department
- Processes and reconciles payments in the form of ACH, credit cards, personal checks, money orders, and bank wires
- Answers the phone, greets callers, establishes the reason for calling, and resolves issues by contacting the appropriate person
- Responds to inquiries and requests for information requiring knowledge of departmental and company policies and procedures
- Prioritizes workload by setting appropriate deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- 1-year data entry/clerical experience (required)
- Typing 60+ WPM

Pay: $42,000.00 per year
