Job Summary
We are seeking a Administrative Support Specialist 2for our Insourcing Solutions site located in Baltimore, MD.
The following are responsibilities related to the Administrative Support Specialist 2:
Provide administrative and clerical support for the CMS Animal Care program by providing government procurement for ordering of materials, equipment and supplies as well as completing animal orders through CAPS.
What are we looking for?
The following are minimum qualifications related to the Administrative Support Specialist 2position:
Candidate will possess a High school diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.).
2 -4 years Administrative Support with a specific focus on providing procurement, data tracking and budget support in a government research environment. Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge and use of Internet.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted as a satisfactory substitute for the specific education and experience listed above.
The pay this position is $26.18 USD per hour
