Position Overview
Play a pivotal role in our Justice Services Department as the Administrative Supervisor. Provide direct program administration for the pretrial and electronic house arrest services. Supervise all pretrial and electronic house arrest staff and be responsible for the program budget, scheduling, and policy development.
Examples of Duties
- Supervise assigned staff, participating in the selection and interviewing process, hiring, onboarding, training, assigning work, performance evaluations, timesheet and level approval, counseling and handling progressive discipline
- Provide daily administrative support to staff, monitoring the program budget, processing invoices, ordering supplies, time and attendance and preparing memos and letters
- Conduct investigative reporting and complete various court paperwork
- Research and implement innovative ways to administer the program in an effective manner
- Develop strategies to support accreditation of program
- Develop resources to deliver quality services to clients and partners
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited two-year college or technical school with a degree in business or related field and four (4) years of experience with at least two years in a supervisory role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Driving is an essential function of this position. To be considered, you must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. If your driver's license is from another state, you will be required to obtain and show proof of a valid NC driver's license within 60 days of hire.
