Connect Plus Therapy provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and support to their families. CPT uses the science of behavior analysis to target the core deficits of Autism in order to teach skills that are functional for our client’s life to produce lasting, socially meaningful change. Connect Plus Therapy is looking for a Administrative Director to oversee the day to day operations of Connect Plus Therapy's PA location. In this role the Administrative Director will be directly overseeing two Case Managers and will ensure that employees are getting scheduled quickly and ensure that Connect Plus Therapy's parents are supported should any issues arise. This person will work Monday through Friday in an office setting for 40 hours per week. Major Duties:
- Present CPT’s mission, vision and values to referral sources and possible clients
- Establish and maintain relations and communication with stakeholders
- Oversee the intake process and ensure maximization of client and salaried BTs
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate and cost-effective manner
- Implements location processes and policies and ensures location compliance
- Oversee the building maintenance and inventory
- Data collection, analysis, and report creation
- All other duties as assigned
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficient in the use of various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Central Reach, and Google Suites
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Confident communication skills for communications between the teams
- Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Central Reach and Podio is highly desirable
- Knowledge of ABA is prefered
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to write, type, and operate a computer for hours at a time
- Ability to sit and stand for several hours at a time
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, ABA or related field required
- At least two years of leadership experience
- At least two year of operations management experience in the medical field

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
