ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK - BILINGUAL - Bluffton Office (Alcohol & Drug Abuse Department): Performs various administrative support duties in an assigned program, division, or department using technical knowledge of work areas. Responsibilities may include coordinating staffing needs, reviewing, verifying, and processing applications, certifications, licenses, permits, and other documents. Prepares and provides specific department information to clients and the public. Maintains databases and department websites, prepares and modifies routine and non-routine reports, newsletters and correspondences. Monitors deposits and payments, maintains office supply and inventory, prepares meeting agendas and takes minutes. Coordinates, events as well as plans and coordinates the work of assigned support staff.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three (3) years of clerical, secretarial, or related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Programs and Excel required)
- Fluency in Spanish required
- Good organization, attention to detail, critical thinking, and time management skills and the ability to communicate effectively as a team member
SALARY $15.94 to $20.00 / DOQ

Employment is contingent upon clearing both the drug screening and background investigation.
