Administrative Support Clerk/Runner (Full-Time)

Position:Administrative Support Clerk: Downtown Charleston: Law firm with five to ten attorneys

Job Summary: We are seeking an Administrative Support Clerk/Runner to provide essential support for our legal assistants for immediate hire. The hours are 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

· Document retention: Organizing, scanning, and maintaining stored client documents and files.

· Preparing documents for mailings,

· Provide backup support to the receptionist.

· Document delivery and retrieval from Clients, County Offices etc.

· Delivery and retrieval of mail from post office

· Light housekeeping duties

· Assisting with other administrative and clerical duties as assigned.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· Previous clerical or administrative experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and WordPerfect

· Strong Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

· Professional appearance and character

· Must have valid driver's license

· Must have a reliable vehicle.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
