Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greet clients with a warm and professional experience both in person and on the phone
- Find solutions to best support and direct clients based on their specific inquiries
- Provide administrative support to Office Managing Director and Office Coordinator as requested
- Schedule internal and external meetings as requested
- Communicate and coordinate building issues as requested
- Handle electronic and paper processing of tax returns, which includes organization of client documents and following various filing instructions
- Handle electronic billing of customer accounts, which includes communication with the Partner/ Principal responsible for the client relationship and billing amounts, and taking ownership of the billing schedule to ensure all invoices are sent timely
- Collect incoming accounts receivable including the accurate recording of deposit paperwork, applying payments to client accounts, and bringing deposits to the bank
- Data entry and scanning related to client information
- Cataloging and organization of client workpapers
- Build long-term relationships with clients and the firm
