- Schedule: FT – Monday through Friday 830a-5p
- Office: 4421 Emerson Ave. Suite 204 Parkersburg, WV 26104.

- Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition.
- Ensure highest client safety and well-being.
- Work with Registered nurses to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed correctly.
- Process payroll and billing
- Manage the client schedule to ensure coverage of care.
- Reporting and compliance functions and processing
- Recruitment and retention of field staff
- Handle all issues that arise after hours pertaining to the client's safety and coverage of services.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of customer service experience required.
- 1+ years of home healthcare experience preferred.
- HHA Exchange system experience preferred.
