Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Maintain a filing system for easy retrieval of documents
- Perform data entry, record keeping, and database management tasks
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience in project coordination or management is a plus
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
