Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

● Answer and direct inbound phone calls and make outbound calls.

● Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

● Build strong relationships with prospective participants, caregivers, and independent outreach representatives who may need enrollment assistance.

● Screen caregivers eligible for EDWP participation according to the guidelines listed in the DCH manuals.

● Onboard new staff members and eligible caregivers

● Work with caregivers to set specific healthcare goals for their loved one's care.

● Conduct monthly case note review of caregiver weekly notes.

● Conduct periodic review of member charts and caregiver/ staff files.

● Conduct semi-annual in-person reviews with assigned families and their respective case managers.

● Participate in the quarterly Webinars & provider meetings with ARC for CCSP & SOURCE.

● Obtain a thorough understanding of newly released DCH, EDWP, SFC, and General Policy and Procedure from the GAMMIS website.

● Obtain a thorough understanding of Atlas ProCare policy and procedures as needed as well as subsequent updates.

● Update the policy and procedures manual as directed.

● Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

● Perform other duties assigned.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Experience:

• GA Medicaid Waiver Program: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
