To remain at the forefront, we’re looking for the right person to help with administrative support responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- Working knowledge and ability to perform accurately and efficiently on computer.
- Typing skills of 30 wpm.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word/Outlook/Excel
- Familiar with office equipment, fax machine, copier, scanner
- Familiar with Medical Records software and Salesforce to complete procedure documents and recording in database
- Ability to multitask.
- Have excellent communication and articulation skills.
- Friendly, self-motivated
- Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
