Glenwood is seeking a part-time Administrative AssistantHuman Resources to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR departments daily activities. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for updating employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. You will have an opportunity to experience how our organization processes benefits, payroll, recruiting, training, and development.
Essential Functions:
- Manage the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), keeping all information current and accurate
- Process required paperwork for employee transfers changes in job classification, and other related employment matters
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Assist with the coordination of new hire orientation
- Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing system
- Assist with preparation of human resource reports for performance improvement
- Assist with recruitment campaign, employee, and community events (wellness initiatives, career fairs, trainings, internal campaigns)
- Preparing and sending correspondence to candidates via the Applicant Tracking System
- Receives and distributes office mail

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be 18 years of age
- 1-year minimum work experience in an office environment
