```Responsibilities```
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform data entry, maintain files, and records.
- Coordinate project-based work.
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Transcribe notes and dictations accurately.
- Assist with proofreading documents
-Conducting research and compiling information for projects or reports.
-Assisting with event planning and coordination.
-Upholding confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Making outbound calls to agents, property management companies and private home owners.
- Will be working closely with managment in the office and fullfilling daily tasks.
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or relevant role.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with customer support is a plus.
- Background in office administration and some real estate exp, but willing to train.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical tasks.
- Must be willing to run errands
- Must be willing to travel around Atlanta
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
