Position Summary:
- Part-time remote temporary position to provide administrative support to the Legal and Human Resource departments.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data Entry and document uploading to Legisway Contract Management platform.
- Effectively review and pull data from Non-Disclosure Agreements and Contracts.
- Download large volume of documents, rename and upload into new HRIS system
- Scan documents, rename and upload into HRIS system
- Additional duties as requested.
Position Requirements (Knowledge and Experience):
· Ability to be trained on Contract Management platform
· Must be able to work independently in a remote setting
· Requirement of 20 hours minimum per week (1-3 month TEMP position)
· Must be able to efficiently and accurately enter data into the system in a timely manner
· Confidentially of HR secure data
· Accuracy in typing and identifying types of documents.
