We are seeking a talented Administrative Assistant and Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for implementing our marketing strategies and managing the day to day operations of the studio, as well as providing critical administrative support. Written communication is very important for this role. Whether it is penning an IG tag line, posting stories, writing emails, or helping draft a witty paragraph for our event series– we need an inspired writer & creator. The ideal applicant is an organized & meticulous design lover who is passionate about our work. We are looking for a naturally gregarious individual who will help promote our studio, manage our event series, and help us grow our business.
It is necessary to have strong skills and familiarity with word or google docs, excel or sheets and the Adobe Suite. Applicants will also need to know (or learn) mailchimp & eventbrite.

Responsibilities
- IG Stories and Posts
- Help develop and execute on studio plan for Social Media, monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages, and archive media assets
- Create content for Social Media with a studio aligned design eye.
- Coordinate with the studio’s PR consultant.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate Social Media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives
- Analyze Social Media data to identify trends and insights, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Coordinate with the website designer for posting on studio website
- Coordinate with the Publicist on Awards application and materials.
- Chet Architecture Events
- Manage eventbrite page.
- Manage invites, mailchimp campaign, and contact lists.
- Help plan and execute events.
- Studio Administration
- Manage spreadsheets that track office projects and billings.
- Working with the Manager to extract and analyze data from excel/spreadsheets.
- Preparing, Updating, and customizing Project Proposals.
- Coordinate with accountants and vendors.
- Office Management
- Ordering office supplies.
- Managing technology vendors.
- Executive Support
- Assisting Studio principles with email management.
- Scheduling meetings.
- Managing subscriptions and payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
