We are currently looking to add a self-starting Administrative Assistant.
Key requirements for this position include an engaging conversational style, a willingness to work alongside highly skilled professionals and an eye for detail. A successful candidate will have an understanding of our business and operations, possess strong organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
We are looking for someone solid that can work in the office, but can also come to the field to assist customers with their personal property and Contents.

Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Customer Service by phone.
- Be comfortable talking on the phone.
- Correspondence both written and electronic
- Do all filing and photocopying.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handle special projects as needed by managers.
- Follow up with customers in the insurance claim process.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required:
- Strong organizing skills.
- Strong digital systems skills.
- Ability to help customers through a process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus opportunities
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Required)
- Organizing: 3 years (Preferred)
