Administrative Accounting Specialist

Local manufacturing company needs permanent Accounting Assistant

Duties:

enter and process A/P invoices, reconcile bill of lading and purchase orders, deposit A/R checks, research invoice discrepancies, review inventory levels and counts, liaise with vendors and customers regarding orders including shipments, complete bank reconciliations, provide additional administrative support to branch

Qualifications:

Prior A/P and A/R experience, ideally with manufacturing industry. Solid work history with verifiable work references.  Proficient Word and Excel skills.  ERP experience is preferred.

Pay $19-25/hr
