Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience:
Strong computer and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Publisher). Fast learner. Ability to learn NetSuite Database, strong time management skills and ability to coordinate multiple projects with frequent interruptions. Must be a team player and committed to the mission of the food bank.
```Key Duties and Responsibilities```
· Input all data related to food that enters and exits the warehouse, manage youth and senior feeding programs.
· Assist in the updating various agency manuals, as needed.
· Serve as the Kauai Independent Food Bank (KIFB) Agency Partner liaison and maintain positive working relationships with all Agencies.
· Recruit new volunteers, process intakes, and refer volunteer to appropriate supervisor.
· Supervise clerical employee as staffing requires.
· Update the bulletin board three times a year – winter, summer and fall.
· Perform year-end inventory of all office equipment.
· Assist with quarterly inventory.
· Create the Program and Production monthly report.
· Input all data related food donations, distribution and trash.
· Manage Backpack, Keiki Café, senior programs, and others that may be developed
· Agreements and invoicing as necessary.
· Assist with yearly Food Drives and Direct Mail.
· Represent KIFB at public functions, media events, and other events as needed.
· Maintain good customer relations and services with all KIFB staff, volunteers, donors, and agencies
· Perform other duties as assigned.
