Job description:
- Effectively Manage branch test and inspection activities to provide world class service
- Schedule testing and inspection based upon customer production forecast and customer needs.
- manage technician preparation and budget of inspection activities., track technician performance , manage technician time for service managers final approval
- supports service manager with onboarding new customers ,provides high level of communication with customers
- reviews completed inspection and prepares invoices and complies with portal billing needs
- cross coordinate technicians schedules with service coordinator
- ensures and safeguards a world class customer experience
- Must be able to adapt to changing service schedules to accommodate customer needs
Education/Experience:
- 3 years of related experience required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
Work Location:
One location- Onsite
