DUTIES
Tracking job activities from daily job reports.
Create spreadsheets to facilitate billing.
Assist in recording hours worked, equipment usage, subcontractor costs, etc.
Working with the Large Loss Project Manager to ensure all job costs are captured.
Perform assigned work in a timely manner and meet deadline.
Ensure that all daily paperwork, including timesheets are collected, authorized, and submitted to the Large Loss Project Manager.
Assist the Large Loss Project Manager in other tasks as assigned.
Create Time and Material billing
Perform audits of billing
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have good computer skills.
Must have excellent Excel skills.
Must have account experience.
Must be detail oriented.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word.
Must have the ability to communicate with others in written and verbal form.
Must be able to work in an environment that has suffered fire, water and wind damage.
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record
Must have a valid drivers license
