Provides administrative support to department administrator, directors, managers and physicians.
Provides administrative support to Clinic Operations Director, Physician Leads and other Medical Group Administration colleagues and leaders
Welcomes and provides direction to visitors, customers and colleagues; orients new colleagues to the facility
Manages colleague building access as administrator for key cards
Handles incoming telephone calls by providing callers with appropriate and accurate information. Relays messages as necessary.
Creates Power Point presentations and/or materials for meetings as needed
Makes necessary arrangements for meetings and attends and takes minutes, distributing meeting minutes and related material to appropriate individuals; may follow up on actions taken at meetings.
Orders and maintains inventory of office supplies
Assist in resolution of issues pertaining to building maintenance, parking, etc.
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail
Shows initiative and flexibility in carrying out day-to-day responsibilities
Other duties as assigned

High school diploma or GED
Previous administrative experience in a healthcare setting preferred, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training for child and dependent adult abuse within three (3) months of hire
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects. Occasional lifting of boxes.
Must possess the ability to comply with Trinity Health policies and procedures.
Constantly reads computer screens and printed or written documents. Loads paper into machines.
Adaptability to malting generalizations, evaluations or decisions based on measurable or verifiable criteria, as when reviewing reports for insurance information.
Adaptability to dealing with people beyond giving and receiving instructions. Must be able to be diplomatic when interacting with patients and/or physicians.
Adaptability to performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure.
Ability to maintain both a high standard of courtesy and cooperation in dealing with co workers, patients and visitors and satisfactory job performance despite the stress of a hospital work environment.
