Responsibilities:
• Handle office calls professionally, providing excellent customer service.
• Manage inventory and ensure office supplies are stocked.
• Collect and manage customer receipts accurately.
• Process accounts using computerized software.
• Support colleagues when needed and uphold company policies.
• Take on additional tasks as required.
• Prepare and catalog quotes, estimates and permits required.
• Work closely with several municipalities
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
• Previous administrative experience and familiarity with office equipment.
• Self-starter capable of independent work.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online is a bonus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
