Provides customer service and clerical support to Administration staff and other department heads. Job duties include processing utility payments, building permits, primary phone support, ordering office supplies, and running the electric conservation improvement program and city website. Administrative experience is a plus, preferably with two-year degree in applicable field. Computer experience with strong written and verbal communications skills required.
