Summary
This position entails teaching online, hybrid (synchronous and asynchronous) courses in our MS in Product Management program. Product Management courses run in 8-week terms according to the official Academic Calendar of the College.
Essential Functions:
Provide synchronous and asynchronous instruction in various elements of Product Management.- Evaluate student work in a timely fashion.
- Hold weekly office hours and communicate directly with students to promote effective learning.
- Identify students experiencing difficulty and bring these to the attention of the SBC administration.
- Comply with all College policies and procedures.
Other Responsibilities:
Contribute to Department, School, and College curriculum development.- Support the Mission of Regis College and the Sisters of St. Joseph.
Requirements:
Master's degree in a related field.- Ability to uphold the university’s commitment to inclusive excellence in a diverse educational community.
- Sufficient computer equipment and Internet access to effectively teach remote courses.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
Normal office environment, not subject to extremes in noise, odors, etc.- Candidate will spend significant time on-line, both interacting with students and responding to and evaluating their work.
