Position Information
The Department of Technology at the University of Maryland Eastern Shore (UMES) is currently accepting resumes for Adjunct faculty positions in the Area of Engineering Technology with Specialization Electrical/Electronics. Resumes will be reviewed as needed for each semester.
Responsibilities
Develop and teach courses with laboratories in Engineering Technology, including, but not limited to, AC/DC electronics, digital electronics, computer networking, Computer Aided Design (CAD), communications, and electronic devices. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Technology Education, or other technical Master's degree related to Electronics. A Bachelor's degree with significant industry experience will be considered. Industry or higher education experience in the area electrical/electronic systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
A commitment to teaching a diverse population of undergraduate students at the university level. The ability to work effectively and collegially with faculty and staff in the Department of Technology.
