SUMMARY: The Addictions Services Supervisor provides therapeutic services to youth, adults, and families, as assigned per department, diagnosed with serious mental health issues and/or substance use disorders. This position will also clinically supervise identified individuals of the department and assist the Addictions Services Director in overseeing department operations and staff. This position is located at our Creekside building and is within our Outpatient Addiction Services Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and oversee DUII, Drug Court, Dependency Court and Gambling program.
- Supervise and oversee Intensive Outpatient Substance Use and Addiction programs.
- Coordinate and oversee UA program and maintain partnership with contracted UA company.
- Provide ongoing training for staff who work with SUD.
- Build policies and procedure to support and guide SUD services.
- Stay up to date on Oregon Administrative Rules (OARS).
- Provide a structure for inter-department SUD providers to stay connected.
- Provide licensure supervision, CADC supervision, clinical supervision, and administrative supervision to reports.
- Complete assessments and evaluations
- Program planning, development, and evaluation
- Consultation/referral/information/education & community outreach.
- Crisis support to clients and staff providing clinical services to clients, which may include Civil Commitment Investigator Certification, if department appropriate.
- Case management/skills training.
- Clinical record keeping & report writing.
- Attend/participate in agency staffing/meeting.
- Liaison with other human service organizations.
- Provide supervision (individual and/or groups) assigned to CCMH staff and interns (licensed and unlicensed).
- Timely, electronic documentation of all clinical supervision notes to the EHR, Credible.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed per location/department
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: CADC III preferred or CADC II required or ability to obtain within 1 year of hire. Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field from an accredited college preferred. Three to five years related work experience to include Outpatient, Addictions and high acuity client services required. Combination of education/experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties outlined for this position may be considered.
