Form of workHoly Cross Hospital is looking for a compassionate, dedicated and energetic Registry Inpatient Occupational Therapist to join our highly trained and respected therapy team.
Holy Cross Hospital is a 160 bed, general medical, not-for-profit, hospital located in the Chicago Lawn neighborhood of south side, Chicago. Holy Cross is a proud member of Sinai Chicago.
Our rehabilitation team takes a holistic, interdisciplinary approach to address the physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs of each patient in the acute hospital setting. Each patient is assessed and provided with a personalized care plan tailored to help achieve maximal independence and function.
Registry tiers vary based on number shifts worked per month. ( $47.50/hour to $57.50/hour)
At least one year of relevant experience is preferred.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Masters or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school or equivalent.
REQUIRED LICENSES, CERTIFICATES, REGISTRATIONS: Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the state of Illinois or eligible for licensure as stated by state guidelines.
