Activity Therapist

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay: $29-32 per hour

Job Responsibilities

· Creates and assesses tailored therapeutic activities for participant care plans, providing guidance to activity aides.

· Delivers health education and support for overall well-being.

· Organizes varied monthly programs, collaborates on community outings, and liaises with volunteers.

· Records and adjusts care plans, actively engages in quality assurance, and contributes to team discussions.

· Potentially assists with personal care and carries out other assigned duties.

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

· 2-4 years' work experience with senior adults

· Ability to work with limited supervision

· Excellent time management skills and ability to coordinate with all levels of staff and handle multiple tasks from various office departments

· Strong proof reading, formatting, and editing skills and grammar

· Proficient in Microsoft Office - Suite

· Bachelor's Degree in art, dance, or music therapy preferred
