Salary```Duties``` - Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing a variety of activities for residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting - Provide support and assistance to residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed - Engage residents in recreational therapy programs and encourage participation in social activities - Assist with scheduling and coordinating activities, ensuring a well-rounded calendar of events - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure a positive and engaging environment - Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress ```Requirements``` - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in senior care or assisted living - Knowledge of aging issues and counseling techniques related to seniors - Familiarity with ADLs and the ability to provide hands-on assistance when necessary - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, families, and staff - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and coordinate multiple activities - Compassionate and caring attitude towards seniors, with a genuine interest in their well-being - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
