Activities Assistant

Solaris Healthcare Merritt Island is seeking a full time Activities Assistant to join our team. The Activities Assistantshould be comfortable with senior citizens, self-motivated, flexible, energetic, and able to facilitate group activites. The primary purpose of your job position is to support the efforts of the Activities Director in the assessing, selecting, organizing, and implementing of recreational services to address the individualized needs and interests of the overall resident/patient population within the center, in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, and Solaris HealthCare's established policies and procedures. Activities Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Current and active CNA is preferred
• Experience is preferred
• At least 18 years of age
