Responsibilities: - Plan and organize a variety of activities and events to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents - Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed - Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with the activity director to develop and implement a comprehensive activity program - Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress - Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents to encourage their engagement in activities - Provide support during outings and special events - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized activity area Requirements: - Previous experience in caregiving, event planning, social work, or related fields is preferred - Knowledge of senior care principles and practices - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work effectively as part of a team - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities - Familiarity with nursing home or assisted living settings is a plus - Must be able to pass a background check Join our team today and help us create meaningful experiences for our residents!```
