What will you do as an Activity Aide
- Planning, developing, organizing and implementing of the activity program under the supervision of the Activity Director.
- You will also assist in the creation of a weekly activity calendar for residents of different functioning levels.
- May also be asked to escort residents whenever necessary.
- As required, you keep accurate records for each resident you work with and report any changes in a resident's condition to the nursing department immediately.
What you need as an Activity Aide
- Previous experience in a geriatric role preferred
