Position Title: Acquisitions Manager (Home Buying Specialist)

Role Overview:
As an Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our real estate acquisition process. This position involves significant interaction with potential clients and requires a proactive approach to lead management, as well as a deep understanding of the real estate market. Strong sales skills, pipeline management, and a desire to learn are necessary for long term success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management and Development:
- Engage with leads and prospects through calls and texts on a daily basis.
- Efficiently build and manage a robust pipeline of potential deals.
- Take live and inbound lead calls, ensuring accurate input of information into our CRM system (Monday.com/JustCall).
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including closing an average of 2 deals per week.
- Participate actively in daily huddles and ongoing training sessions.
Client Relations and Negotiation:
- Follow up on and respond to all sales leads in our system.
- Build strong rapport with clients to facilitate sales and overcome objections.
- Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Schedule and conduct appointments, negotiating favorable terms for all parties involved.
Market Expertise:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends.
- Maintain current knowledge of local areas to address client queries confidently.
- Administrative and Other Duties:Attend business meetings and training as required.
- Complete various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Compensation Plan for Acquisitions Managers:
- 7.5% of the total assignment fee.
- Opportunity to move to 10% commission with exceptional performance.
- (Average deal size is $30,000-$40,000, and you will be expected to produce two contracts per week).
- You will receive a Draw vs Commission of $2400/mo. Should you make less in Commission than the Draw, you will receive the Draw in full.
- This is At-Will Employment. Performance is everything and will be regularly tracked, despite flexible hours and scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma or Associate's Degree.
- Previous experience in a Sales environment is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
