REMOTE ROLE:

 

As a Sales Development Representative, you will work with the Marketing and Sales teams team at Accelerated Care Plus (ACP), reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You will be the driving force behind our lead generation and sales prospecting efforts. This role is particularly suited for a self-starter who is comfortable with shaping their responsibilities as we grow. You will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients across multiple U.S. healthcare markets. Your primary goal will be to engage healthcare facilities and introduce them to our innovative rehabilitation technology and clinical service support packages.

Your Impact
  • Key Responsibilities:

     

    • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients in the healthcare industry, primarily focused on skilled nursing homes, through proactive outreach, research, and targeted calls

     

    • Prospecting: Engage in prospecting activities to generate leads and set appointments for the sales team. Be responsible for creating a robust pipeline of opportunities

     

    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas for our products and services. Conduct in-depth research to uncover the right contacts for effective outreach

     

    • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and maintain clear communication on potential clients' needs and preferences

     

    • Role Development: Be proactive in determining and refining the specifics of your role, adapting to the evolving needs of the company and industry.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Some experience in sales, lead generation, or a related field is preferred
    • Proactive, self-motivated, and driven to excel in a dynamic and evolving sales environment
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable with shaping the role as the first sales development representative at ACP
    • Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes

     

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

     

    Research (35%)

    • Conduct thorough prospect research and lead sourcing using web-based tools, such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, to identify and qualify potential clients
    • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the target market, ideal customer profiles, and buyer personas to enhance the relevance and effectiveness of cold calling efforts
    • Create and maintain a database of high-potential leads, ensuring data accuracy and responsibilities

    Cold Calling (50%)

    • Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients; presenting our product or service offerings and tailoring the pitch to their specific needs and pain points
    • Qualify leads through engaging conversations, probing for potential interest, budget, authority, and timeline to determine if they meet the criteria for further sales engagement
    • Handle objections and concerns effectively, providing value-driven responses and addressing potential hesitations to keep the conversation progressing
    • Maintain meticulous call logs and CRM records, documenting lead interactions, dispositions, and follow-up actions to ensure accurate lead-tracking and management
    • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule qualified leads for meetings, facilitating a smooth handover of warm leads

     

    Project Management (15%)

    • Work with sales, marketing, and other subject matter experts to draft and continuously refine call scripts, templates, and guides
    • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate goals and progress to marketing leadership
    • Continuously monitor and meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead qualification metrics to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Maintain a collaborative relationship with the sale team
    • Participate in team meetings, training and coaching sessions and other tasks as needed

       

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Requirements: 

 

 

Experience and Education:

Required: A bachelor's degree with additional experience

Minimumof 2 years related experience

  • Knowledge and Skill:

    •  

      Required: 2+ years of sales development experience. Have excellent communication and customer service skills, actively listening to customer / team feedback and needs. Possess self-motivation to work independently and achieve goals. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and help team achieve their goals. Detail-oriented, highly organized, savvy in technology and / or capable of learning quickly, and ability to take initiative in projects with minimal oversight.

       

      Preferred:

       

      • Experience using a customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain accurate records
      • Experience using sales enablement tools like Zoominfo, Hubspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
      • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry
      • Data analysis: basic data analysis skills to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize outreach strategies

       

      Supervision Received and Exercised:

       

      A successful Sales Development Representative must be self-driven and capable of working independently to identify, engage, and nurture potential leads
