About the role:
Accu-Trade is looking for a proactive and self motivated individual for our Accu-Trade Performance Management team. This individual must love working with people, building relationships and be driven by creating success for our dealer partners. Must have a proven track record of leading a used vehicle department, with verifiable and proven results. The following will be just a few of the responsibilities that will be assigned:
- Drive adoption of the Accu-Trade appraisal platform throughout the dealer operations (e.g. sales, used car operations, service)
- Owns dealer retention for our customer portfolio
- Ongoing tracking of cancellations, with a clear understanding of the lead drivers of any cancellations that are submitted, and tracking results of conversations when contacted regarding reason(s) for cancellation(s).
- Share best practices with dealers around in-store implementation
- Interact with senior dealership decision makers to provide an overview of the platform performance
- Drive performance through our reporting and dealership execution of the Accu-Trade tool by rooftop.
- Serving as a subject matter expert and point of contact for Accu-Trade end-to-end processes.
- Acting as "voice of the Dealer" to ensure internal needs are met in order to continue to generate revenue on an ongoing basis, working with the product team to identify and prioritize dealer needs.
- Connecting the dots from post-sale product performance into presale onboarding to close this loop, improving the handoff from Pre-Sale through Post-Sale.
- Ownership of Accu-Trade Post-Sale performance reporting and using it to improve the value that we bring to our dealers through quantifiable data and analytics.
- Optimization of sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and best practices sharing throughout the organization.
- Assist in-person with critical/high impact/key accounts that require additional resources, as needed.
- 25% In-market travel required
Required experience:
- Deep understanding of the vehicle remarketing value chain
- 8+ years of in-store experience in relevant roles such as used car manager / director; finance manager, general sales manager
- Deep understanding of auto dealership change management, and ability to initiate behavioral change with our clients
- Ideally prior experience in automotive software, focused on vehicle remarketing
- Proficiency with remote collaboration software such as Google Suite, Zoom, Slack
