Job Description:As an Accounts Receivable Specialist at ASAP Personnel, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial transactions of our clients. You will be responsible for tracking and processing incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely collections. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send out invoices to clients
- Process incoming payments and reconcile them with outstanding balances
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
- Communicate with clients to facilitate timely payments
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client queries and concerns
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and implement collection strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) A plus NOT required
