The Position:

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED: some college and/or experience in accounting, booking or medical billing preferred; good clerical, typing, and record-keeping skills; proficient in all Microsoft applications-specifically Excel; Must be a critical thinker and detail oriented. Experience with Financial Edge NXT and/or Therap.

Job Functions:

• Assist with the fiscal processes of LADACIN Network and its related entities.
• Bill Medicaid and private insurance companies for Home Health Aide Services, DCF Respite, and Private Pay services weekly.
• Maintain receivable records for the billed services described above.
• Follow up on claims not paid, review service authorization status, and work with Adult Services to resolve outstanding claims.
• Assist with childcare and private school billing and receivables as needed.
• Assist with daily bank deposits as necessary and maintain all cash receipt filesSupport the Agency’s financial team by inputting financial data into Agency accounting software.
• Review financial documents and help to reconcile accounts.
• Assist with filing, scanning and other administrative tasks.
• Maintain professional atmosphere in office area and in contact with public and other Agency locations.
• Maintain confidentiality of agency records and files.
• Assist with preparation for the annual audit and regulatory audits.
• Comply with Agency Policies and Procedures.

The Location:

LADACIN is based in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Our locations are in beautiful natural surroundings. This location is in Monmouth County.
