Accounts Receivable Clerk/Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing and processing incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. This is a vital role within our organization, as you will play a key part in maintaining positive relationships with our clients and ensuring the financial stability of our company.

```Duties:```
- Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and send out invoices to clients
- Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and contact clients for payment collection
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues
- Reconcile Accounts Receivable records with general ledger
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing or payment-related inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or questions regarding their accounts

```Skills:```
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Knowledge of journal entries and basic accounting principles
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to negotiate payment terms when necessary
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and reconciliation
- Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable clerk or similar role
