Summary
The Accounts Payable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliation of accounts. The Accounts Payable Supervisor will play a crucial role in maintaining strong vendor relationships, implementing efficient processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall financial health of the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Review and approve invoices for payment, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments to resolve issues as needed.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Accounting, Finance or related field a plus.
Work Experience
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable roles with at least 5 years in supervisory capacity

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
