(Looking ONLY LAW FIRM AP Supervisior/AP Coordinator/AP Team Lead having supervisory experience of atleast 2 years)
A stable, successful, and growing mid-size midtown Manhattan law firm seeks an experienced, motivated Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our busy accounting team. The position requires two years of experience using Aderant, two years supervising a law firm's AP department and some experience with foreign currency transactions.
Job Description
Responsibilities :
· Reporting to and working with the Accounts Payable Manager, supervise a busy, high[1]volume Accounts Payable department, while also personally performing hands-on day-to-pay processing, including but not limited to: - timely and proper input of vendor invoices - timely and proper payment of vendor invoices - processing and reconciling firm credit cards - semi-monthly employee reimbursement file - reconciliation of vendor statements - year-end 1099's MISC, NEC & INT Reporting.
· Supervise, train and mentor a team of 3 AP Coordinators and 3 AP Interns.
· Maintain accurate financial records and reports.
· Generate month end close reports.
· Perform other duties or special projects as required.

· Salary Range:$90,000 to $105,000 per year ; overtime is not paid as this is a supervisory position.
· In-office attendance policy is Thursday and work remotely the other four days.
Qualifications:
·Two years supervising a law firm AP team is a must.
·Experience with foreign currency transactions is a must.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with superb interpersonal skills to interact professionally and effectively with Attorneys.
· Possesses excellent organizational skills, pay attention to details, ability to work independently.
· Interact with attorneys.
· Ability to multi-task and work independently.
· Ability to follow up on pending issues and meet deadlines.
